Fee Schedule

For most appraisal assignments, the fees are $2,500 a day - if pro-rated: $350 an hour for assignments

 Flat fee for all expert witness and litigation services: $600 an hour

For assignments requiring immediate due date of 16 days or less:
$600 an hour

Other Fees

Travel Costs - travel and lodging - at cost

Extra copies of documents, scientific testing - at cost

Non-profit organizations, please inquire for special rates
